I had lost my Iphone 6 a month ago... I tried to find it for few days using Find My Phone... But it never came online.
I thought it was really lost..
But, few days ago, my Iphone 5s's photos got deleted suddenly. Then, photos of unknown person are on my gallery...
I tried to put that phone on lost mode, but it didn't work. maybe because I didn't have any lockscreen codes..
Then, I tried to erase that phone. but, it requires Two Factor Authentication which never shows up on my 5S. It maybe shows up on that iphone.. Then tried using phone number, but it never comes to my number...some unknown number is displayed as the primary number. (****-*****05).
I tried contacting apple through community, but that also requires Two Factor Authentication...
I am in Nepal, so there are no official Apple care..
Please help me with ideas...
