lost the red color on my monitor

new to this forum. Have a 3yr old mini running 1.83 coreduo. 2g ram w/superdrive. couple of days ago, I lost all the red color on my screen. I am using a LCD TV for my monitor. It has normal colors when watching just the TV.
I just read on here that the graphics cards is soldered to the MB and can't be replaced. Any fixes for my situation?

Try a different cable and cable adapter. They can go bad when being bent and flexed or plugged and unplugged. Also try a different HDMI port on the TV.

Thanks for the help. that was the problem. cord not fully plugged in to computer
