Lost Viber Messages on ios 12

Hello, After I restored to ios 12 GM and then from my backup I saw that I have lost my entire chat history of Viber, I have downloaded extraction tools and have seen that viber has been backed up in my itunes backup, I tried another restore from backup but still , viber chat history has not been restored. Anyone had a similar issue? Any ideas of how can i restore them on my iphone?

Do you have iCloud sync for Viber enabled? Also, check Viber > Settings > General > Account > Viber backup if you have backup enabled and if yes what's the date of your last backup.
