Lost visual voicemail with IOS11

Hi

I am in the UK with o2 and have an iPhone 7 on monthly contract. Visual voicemail was working fine then I upgraded to ios11 and not all I have is the red dot on the phone icon. I can call voicemail but can’t see the individual messages anymore.

Anyone else have this or have potential solutions. I have restarted the phone and reset network connections. But no Improvement.

Any help appreciated.

I had to call my voicemail, let it play for a few and hung up. Went back and it visual voicemail popped back up
