I'll just list off the bugs I am experiencing. If anyone has any fixes, or comments, please do chime in! This is OS X on the latest version on a MacBook Pro 13" 2015, fresh install.

All of these bugs are minor, however some occur so many times throughout the day that it's getting on my nerves.

1. When I power my Macbook on from sleep, the battery % always reads 100%. I could use it for 2 hours and it will read 100%. The estimated remaining battery time will go down properly, but the battery % will stay at 100% until I reboot.

2. Same as above, but for storage space. It will keep "calculating" remaining storage space after a wake.

3. When I switch between desktops (3 finger swipe left/right), the task bar sometimes gets stuck. I have to swipe up, and to make it unfreeze.

4. When I play a song on iTunes from the iTunes store, and then switch to Apple Music to play the same song, it won't switch the song over to the full version (it will keep playing the 1:30 sample). I also can't add the song to my list of songs until I play a different song, and switch back to the first song.

5. When I switch programs quickly, and then three finger swipe up, sometimes the blue selection box that goes around each window does not align with each window. If I exit the three finger swipe up, and go back into it, then it will align.

6. Safari REGULARLY bugs up on me, requiring me to go through the process of deleting the hash or whatever it is. Had to Google the answer. When it bugs up, I can't load Google (the website), or do Google searches, without Safari taking like 5 minutes to load Google's website. Google Chrome works fine, but I'd rather use Safari. This is regularly reoccurring.

7. I have no idea why, but Microsoft Word takes forever to boot up on the MacBook Pro.

Please report all of these. I have many different issues like this, most don't get fixed for years but some do. Worth it.

I use both Windows 10 and macOs on a range of computers for both work and personal use. I keep track of ALL glitches on both operating systems.

What I have found is that macOs is now LESS reliable than Windows, with about 30% more in the way of problems, some of which have been on the operating system for YEARS without Apple fixing them.

I've been using Macs for years- and I've experienced none of these problems- what you're experiencing is not "normal".

In order of issue:

1 & 2. Try a PRAM and SMC reset.

3. Have you updated to the latest version of Sierra? That sounds like an issue with the graphics drivers.

4. Try switching off and on Apple Music. Can't hurt.

5. Picture?

6. This is odd. I've experienced this issue infrequently over the years - but I've always blamed the Cisco software for work as the cause. What third party apps do you have installed?

7. Update to the latest version of Word 2016 - 15.29 (use AutoUpdate). Much improved; earlier versions had known issues with Sierra.

Hope that helps!
