Loud whizzing sound coming from the superdrive of macbook pro

i just received my macbook pro and tried installing windows office for mac, but every time i insert the disc, it just makes a loud sound like the disc is scratching against something and eventually spits it out. this doesnt happen with any other cd's or dvd's, only this software disc. any advice? at all?

Try cleaning the disc using Windex and a paper towel.
