I decided to take the risk last month,, spending my summer money on a nice white macbook 1.83ghz 1024mb

Well,,,
I am very impressed ! apart from the compatibility issues at school which are VERY frustrating.
e.g i can never get a word doc to open in 2003 from the office mac.

I have had one time when my whole MB froze while on skype,, apart from this no loss of work due to my MB 'ending task'....

My macbook has gained mysterious scratches ; no idea where they came from but the smallest thing will bring them on..

I think i am overall happy with my MB, the only thing i miss is Gaming ... but this is only to be expected, as my MB really is not competent of much in terms of gaming....

What do you think of your New MB ?

Have been wanting to play counterstrike did not think it was available for mac !!

another problem with mine is a bit of a mooing sound from the cd-rw drive ,, but i think il jus leave it till it goes away/ breaks, as the mac store is far away.

I think most macs have small problems, but so far i have found all of them bearable.
