Love the iphone, but I need some help on what to do now?

Hey everyone! I am loving the iphone 3g and had it since launch date. For a few weeks it was working perfectly fine until like 2 weeks ago. I started downloading a alot of apps from itunes and the app store. All a sudden i opened up an app and just turned off and no app would work. Music was also gone and the only apps that did work were the default ones. I restored four times or so and did the same thing. I restored one more time and just kept the standard apps and it has been working fine till now and been sneaking a few apps in. Before all the apps started to not work my phones battery was working about a day and a half or more. When I kept restoring my phone my iphone was plugged in alot and now i can only get a day or so. I dont know if i should just get a new phone and not download as many apps or just keep it. I just didnt know if i ordered one how long it would take for at&t store to get them?! Thanks guys. Let me know what the best plan is.

go to apple.com and look for the Apple store closest to you. You can schedule an appointment at the Genius bar, meaning you schedule an appointment with a tech who can look at your phone and try to fix the problem for you or give you a new phone.
