I’m hoping someone may be able to help with this.

I have an iPhone 5S and I bought the same phone for my wife a little while ago. I am on iOS version 10.3.3 and she is on 11.4.1. When my battery gets to 20% it automatically asks me if I would like to switch to low battery mode. However, her phone doesn’t do this.

Is this feature removed in 11.4.1 or is there a setting that needs changing somewhere? I am aware that if she chose she could simply select low battery mode from the Setting or even have an option on the notification screen, but is there a way of getting her phone to prompt for this when the battery hits 20%?

Does she by chance have the bleacher report app installed with notifications turned on from that app?
