Low battery notification in ML?

Did something happen to the low battery notification in ML? Today, my battery got down to 3% before I noticed it, and I hadn't seen the popup notification. I wasn't doing anything full-screen -- just web browsing via firefox, with the window covering maybe 2/3rds of the display.

I didn't receive a notification from OS X either... In fact, I was notified by a third party app.

Uhm, I have received warning popups at every cycle but at different percentages (around 5-10%) since ML upgrade, so must be lucky then hehe

Thanks, it's nice to know it's not just me.

I guess I'll have to wait for Apple to fix this.

Hmmm interesting, I'm waiting for my rMBP and when I get it, I'll report back and see if I have the problem as well.
