Hi! I've recently purchased an ipad 8, 128 gb, brand new.
I've noticed from time to time it makes a low buzzing/static sound in the up right corner when I'm scrolling written pages on Goodnotes or using Procreate; it lasts 2/3 seconds and it's similiar to the sounds sometimes computer makes when loading.

Does it happen to you too? Should I return my ipad?

Thank you!

I've owned several iPads and never had one that made a buzzing sound. I suppose it could be static especially if you're located in a dry area. But other than that, the buzzing is not normal. You might want to give Apple a call and discuss it with them.

Contact Apple support and let them deliver the verdict.

Thanks.
I've updated iOS on 14.3 and it seems better now. Anyway, gonna call Apple right after holidays.
Don't think I'll be able to record the sound, is very very low.

Update: today I chatted with Apple Support and they confirmed me the buzzing/humming (even if low) is not normal.

However Amazon will replace my device, hope the new one is okay.
