Low Data Mode won't turn off

In the Cellular section of my iPhone SE (2016) Low Data Mode shows as off, but in the Wi-Fi section of Settings it shows as ON. How do I remedy this and turn low data mode off?

Thanks for your response, but no joy when I rebooted.

Solved the problem. Clicked on the information button (circled "i") that appears when one clicks on the specfic wi fi channel, scrolled down and found that there is a low data mode button there too. Mine was clicked to "On."
