Low end Mac Pro vs Top End iMac

If you had a Mac Pro with 2 Dual Core 2.66Ghz and 4 GB of RAM against a 24" iMac 2.8 Extreme and 4GB RAM. What sort of performance difference would there be?
 
In CPU intensive tasks the Mac Pro would be IMO more than twice as fast. In graphical stuff I am not sure maybe equal.
