is there any known way to get mail push to work when LPM is on? OTHER, than using a mail app from the app store, i want the stock mail app, just with push when using LPM.

the description says it disables fetch, which makes sence that thing is a battery sucker always checking in intervals even when theres nothing, but push should not be disabled it only pushes when theres something to push, i dont get much mail but when i do its usually useful & id like to see it without manually checking.

From what I can tell, iCloud's push system works with Low Power mode turned on (as it uses something like XMPP to send a notification as a message). It won't actually download the mail though, so there won't be any message content at first. Things like Exchange won't however. And seeing as there are no fine-tuning options, there won't be anyway to do it, unless there's an eventual jailbreak tweak.
