I've been searching for days and couldn't find a solution, therefore thought to see if someone has faced the same issue.

When playing on ipod I noticed that the sound volume wasn't as high as the CD's played in car. (I use the AUX port) therefore I went to:
"Settings > Iphone > Sound Check Off"
and the volume level was loud and clear.

Now I face the same issue when playing streaming content using Pandora or Tuner. I believe it has the sound check on somewhere. Is there a way to disable Sound check for Pandora and other stream apps too.

I'm sure its the internal volume protection that is turned on by default. Its the same with any streaming software and ipod too when the sound check is turned on.
