Hi,

Is it possible to stream the lowest bitrate possible on Apple Music? I have a slow connection and my music buffers all the time... On Spotify, the 128kbps quality is perfectly fine. Did I miss an option? I know on cellular, you can stream in low quality, but how about wifi?

It should adjust bitrate to your connection speed. I can use AM without any issues with my throttled cellular speed of 64kbps.

Yeah I mean, on cellular, AM is smart enough to decrease the bitrate. But when I'm on wifi, and my internet is not that great, it still wants to stream the highest quality 256kbps. Was wondering if there's an option to manually or force it to use a lower bitrate either on iTunes or Music App?

It should do the same thing though. I'd send an email to Apple, they should explain it to you. Maybe it should adjust to the speed of your wifi, but something isn't working correctly.
