iPhone LTE won't shut off

For some reason after I jailbroke when I turn LTE off it will switch to 3G but after a few seconds LTE turns back on.Anyone having this issue?

enter safe mode and see if the problem still occurs, if not, then it's some sort of tweak that you have that's affecting it

do you have an activator action to enable/disable LTE based on what happens? (e.g. connected/disconnected from wifi)
