the whine/heat is really unacceptable on my MBP and the stupid "geniuses" keep dismissing me.

I am mad.

Anyone had any luck with executive relations? I have drafted a letter explaining my woes, and would very much like a call from someone who wont blow me off. I paid $2000 for what appears to be a pre production model. I want one that WORKS!!!!!
 
just send the letter to customer relations. Make sure you say you are mad and you find the situation unacceptable. In a few weeks you'll get a call from someone who will try to resolve the situation with you.
 
I went through 2 other powerbooks before I got a working one... I emailed and got a response from someone the next day.
