Hello,

this morning I turned on my MacBook Pro M1 to find that neither my Outlook synced nor did my MS Teams work.
I could connect to teams with help of the browser and my colleague mentioned to try a system update.
When I opened the updater I got an error:
unable to check for updates
the network connection was lost
I found a post mentioning safe mode. And after booting to safe mode I could check for updates without a problem.
Since I was already on 12.3.1, there was no available update.
I opened Outlook and Teams, I could log into both and they worked.
When I rebooted to normal mode everything was fine.
I shut down the computer about 90 minutes ago, turned it back on and the Problem is back.
Outlook wont connect. Setapp says it needs an internet connection. The updater says network connection lost.
Teams still works! Yay!
But now, going back to normal mode will not work. Those apps stay dead.
Has anyone had a similar experience?

when I use system command networkQuilty in Monterey 12.3/.1 it has an error: Error Domain=NetworkQualityErrorDomain Code=1003 "(null)" UserInfo={URL=https://mensura.cdn-apple.com/api/v1/upload, statusCode=413}
It is similar to your error, I suppose it's a bug for this version.

For me was DNS Cache Flush, try this:

sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder;sudo killall mDNSResponderHelper;sudo dscacheutil -flushcache
