wow look like no one using them or has a suggestion, the reason I posted this here, was to get some guidance rather than the jumbled thread for cases,

enjoy. and be safe all

I venture a guess that the vast majority of people don't use a case with their MacBook Pro

I like the Incase Dot that Apple sells in store and this is the third time I’ve bought their covers.

I also went with the Incase Dots model on the Apple store. Pretty satisfied with it, it's slick, sober and well built. bit more expensive than average but I found most of the cheaper alternatives on Amazon and the like to be trash tier.

I have this one:

Fintie Protective Case for MacBook Pro 16 Inch Case A2485 (2021 2022 Release) - Heavy Duty Rugged Hard Shell Case Cover with TPU Bumper for MacBook Pro 16" M1 Pro / Max Chip with Touch ID, Clear

It has been great and I think was pretty inexpensive. It definitely has a more premium feel.

never used a case, and never wished I had
what sort of environment are you using it in that requires a case?

bot a bad environment just trying to keep the unit pristine, feel less guilty if there a hard case on it, if using it remotely

thanks
