Ever since I got the newer mini. I just don’t use it any more. Both well taken care of and lightly used. The keyboard is black btw, only used a couple of times. What is a fair price for the combo? I also have a Zagg screen protector as well as a ZUGU case for it in blue. I was thinking for all of it $950-$1,000 or is that way too high?

I got mine 12.9 m1 128, but cellular with MK for $1000, but mine was basically new (only a few battery cycles). With the cases etc. I would say your price is definitely fair.

Depends on how fast you want to sell it. $900 would probably move it pretty quickly but since the M1 is considered last gen and sometimes folks don't want accessories it's hard. If you just sell the iPad then probably like $700.

I agree. Nowadays, people want a good or great deal and if you don’t offer that… they’ll move along. IMO, fair doesn’t exist in the peer-to-peer sellers market.

Sometimes its better to just hand off devices to a family member or use it for some trade in promotion (only if its worth it)... Because it’s tough to get a fair price when selling to people.

BB has open box M1/256 models in certain stores that are priced (depending on condition) for as low as $720, assuming they have stock in the area (most are sold out for the M1 models). Microcenter has open box models priced at $854 for the IPP 256 gb model. So it may depend on where you are located in case stores have stock in an open box model to compete with your used IPP. The keyboards are going for $245 open box at BB. It may help your sale if you have the original boxes for each

I think it's a matter of time. I have sold a lot of stuff but the secret is to be able to wait a couple of weeks or even months. And not give a huge discount to the first low baller, at least not before a few weeks.

Does it still have Apple Care? Price wise it doesn’t sound bad

I think you’re in the ballpark. I would pay no more than $900, personally. But that range is fair. Is the iPP Wi-Fi or cellular?

Yes it does BUT, through Best Buy totaltech. I cannot transfer it to the new owner.
That lack of transfer hurts. Overall how are you liking Best Buys Total Tech? Correct me if im wrong but they only give you two years of Apple care right, and you need to renew every year to keep the current year of coverage?

Too high. Screen protector and case add essentially $0.

The iPad - $700
Magic Keyboard - $150 (I just sold one last week)

Wi-Fi version.

Yes, must renew those 2 years. I have a bunch of Apple products and it’s more then paid for itself. After the 2 years, they give you a chance to keep going with Apple directly month to month.

Good point, didn’t think of that. However, I still believe it’s tough trying to sell devices at a fair price… I’m not saying a buyer can’t. But that its tough.

Adds essentially $0? That’s crazy and I agree with you.

No one wants a used case. Possibly Apple first-party cases, but even then, pennies on the dollar.

Just look at the dozens (hundreds?) of different styles. Everyone has different tastes when it comes to accessories.

Again, I agree with you. I'm not saying you are wrong... because it's true, everyone has different tastes.

It's just the thought of buying a case and screen protector at that given time, but it doesn't add anything to a potential sale.

Your question mark confused me :)

Disagree about the case. Casing depends. For 12.9 a case can exceed $130. iPad is fair for Wi-Fi only and that storage option.

The reason there are hundreds of different 12.9" cases is because everyone has different needs and tastes when it comes to cases. As such, if you 'price' any kind of premium for the cost of the case, you're over pricing it for many (most?). Sell it separately, if you feel it's a nice one.
