So I have tried it all. I have removed my iCloud account all together from the new MacBook. I have added another profile to see if that changed anything. I have downloaded Cirrus and tried that. I have created a new document and watched it upload to my iCloud with no issues. I still cannot get the sync to work at all essentially. I have gig download speeds and running all those tests show that I am truly receiving 900+mbps down. So what gives? How could Apple miss this?? All of my work and company documents are synced with my iCloud, so if I cannot get this to sync, then this new $2500 Air is worthless. Any advice or tips?

How long have you let it sit? It took about 24 hours before my iCloud syncing settled down. You can try to force downloads on particular folders by right clicking on them and selecting Download Now but that only works if the folders are actually visible which for me wasn't for hours. Even that doesn't always work. If it has been only a few days since you received the MacBook, you are going to have to let iCloud catch up. If it has been longer, contact Apple support.
