Is there a way to tell which setting is active with the M1's startup disk security setting without rebooting and going into the recovery/security settings app?

I know I changed my MBA M1 to reduced security to run an extension, which I later removed and changed back to full security. I'm unsure if I changed my Mac mini M1 to reduced security. I wanted to check, but can't reboot currently due to some things running in the background that I didn't want to close yet. (If it technically comes down to it, I can save and then close/reboot, but I'm working on them and didn't want to disturb my place just yet).

Thanks!

I can't remember if something I installed required me to change it on the Mac mini. I had to change it on the MBA when I tried a program to attempt to control the volume level of my Dell U3421WE monitor with the macOS menu soundbar adjustments. App didn't work as intended (wouldn't recognize the monitor).

The free utility by Howard Oakley SilentKnight shows you without booting to Recovery:
