M1 DongleBook Pros being sold at a huge discount for anyone else locally?

Was able to pick up the base model M1 MBP for $600. A few scratches on the bottom, nothing major. Applecare+ active to December 9th, 2023! Only a single owner. Apple itself is giving $740 back for these.

Don't love the touch bar, but such a price is tough to ignore. Anyone else looking around to see what they can pick up cheap?

Edit: this actually has AppleCare+ included. An unbelievable deal for what I paid.

If it does not have a Touch Bar, then you have a MBA (MacBook Air) not a MBP. It is till a good computer for a good price. Congratulations!

It’s the MBP, Touch Bar and all. I’ll learn to love it.

Anyone else spot any great local deals? I’m assuming there will be plenty to be had for the $600-$800 range for the next few weeks depending on specs.

I’ll send this to the top for those looking for cheap M1 Pros and Airs. The rest of this week should be great…eBay is also offering 5% “bucks” back making a potential deal that much sweeter…

I’ve seen several in the $700ish range in great shape. To get these laptops at near half price, many with months of warranty left is fantastic.

Local deals might be even better depending on where you live.

Finally found a case that allows me to keep a dongle connected at all times without having to leave the MacBook unprotected.

It’s not perfect as it doesn’t shut completely due to design, but shouldn’t be an issue long term.

Adds a bit of weight, but totally worth it IMO.
