Hello there,
I don’t see EPP discount when trying to get a new M1 iMac.
Anyone with the same issue?

Sometimes new products aren't released for EPP right away if the supply is constrained. It took a few months before the iPhone X was available.

Yeah, for an iPhone it is always the case. I am curious about Macs as based on similar EPP MBP topic it looks it was not the case with M1 MBP.

Considering that the M1 iMac delivery dates are already slipping into June, I suspect that the supply is going to be constrained.

I'm not sure what EPP you are trying, but the veteran discount does work.
Indeed. I used this to order mine. I had decided that if I couldn't get the specs I wanted and still get military discount that would be a sign I should wait for Gen 2 Apple Silicon iMac. But I did get to order exactly what I wanted (16 GB RAM, 1 Tb storage) at military/veteran discount. So now the long 3-4 week wait begins. Anticipation... ?

So Calif
Thats better than nothing , It all helps :)
$50 EDU plus the $52 Apple Cash back and Apple Card financing for 12 months at 0% interest rate made it even sweeter.

I all ways pay money for things up front ,if i don,t have the money i don,t buy it. :)
I have the money to pay for all my items in full, but why when Apple will foot the finance charge / interest rate ?

I'd rather use someone else's money at 0% and use my money to make more money.

Plus, I get $50 EDU + $52 (3%) cash back on the Apple Card purchase so it's a win win for me!

It's likely to be soon. I bought my M1 MacBook Air using EPP on the first day that they were available for collection from Apple stores.

Instead of 10% normal discount?
Depending on the config you should be able to get more than 10% off. As someone pointed out above, there isn't a fixed 10% on the price. It depends on the model. The 16GB/1TB version will get you over 10% + you might get more depending on where you buy it (Apple directly vs authorized reseller for education).
