iPad Pro M1 IPP 12.9 Wi-Fi slower than other devices?

Has anyone noticed their M1 Ipp 12.9 Wi-Fi overall speed being slower than other devices?

As I’m posting this I have the following stats on an Orbi 750 RBR(Wi-Fi 6) and 1 GB ATT Fiber

All from the same spot relative to the router

I’ve restarted all the devices (hard restart)

Other things I’ve tried on the IPP:
1. Forget the network and reconnect
2. Hard restart

Do you have multiple access points in your house? I've noticed my new M2 11 inch is more prone to latching itself onto a far away access point in my home than my phone is. However when I confirm it is connected to the nearest access points, I get better wifi 5 speeds on the new iPad.

Yes, I do have multiple access points. That was one variable I’m not sure how to control. My first thought was to restart the iPad then hope that it comes up to the nearest AP (which is coincidentally less than 2 feet from the iPad itself). I’ll check and see if its for some reason always trying to hit the farthest AP…feels like a bug

Just checked, according to my mesh, the IPP is connected to the closest access point, just like my other devices. It’s even got the highest link speed

M1 12.9 -- 395 / 29
Mini 6 -- 387 / 36
14 Pro Max -- 531 / 41
