In the UK British Telecom have a Sports Site - it is free to me.

I use it a lot.

Since acquiring M1 Mac mini/Big Sur this site will not run.

Enquiries at BT. response "ask Apple" enquiries at Apple response "ask BT'.

Using Firefox - no problems at all on any site.

Any suggestions ???

Ah, the good old support dilemma with 2 or more companies that just ask you to inquire at the others... Never ending loop.

What exactly does it say when you try to go to that Site? Is it a simple could not connect Safari page or a more complicated error? Perhaps a screenshot of the site failing to load would be helpful.

Since it works with Firefox it's most likely a BT coding problem with their web page, and it sounds like they don't care about Safari users. Your options are limited - if you want to use it use Firefox, but keep complaining to their support people and they MIGHT eventually resolve the problem.

It helps to provide the url. You mentioned it works in Firefox. Also try Chrome for AS. If both Firefox and Chrome for AS work then it's Safari which is no surprise so just open a bug report.

OK everyone. Thanks for the backup.

Will keep moaning at BT.

Did try Google and works OK.
