M1 Mac Mini Lightroom Classic Flickering

Has anyone experienced the problem with Lightroom Classic whereby there is exposure flickering visible on the screen when moving the mouse between the Develop Module and the image that you are working on. It is starting to grate with me and I am seriously thinking of selling it and getting the Macbook Pro 16" or the Mac Studio. I have googled the problem and there is a comment about switching off the GPU Support in Lightroom Preferences or resetting Lightoom Preferences. Before trying this it would be interesting to hear if anyone has solved the issue. Thanks
