M1 MacBook Pro touchbar unresponsive

My M1 MacBook Pro touch-bar is unresponsive. It keeps happening repeatedly without any reason. Anyone has any suggestions on how to stop it from happening ever.

When my MBP M1 had similar issues Apple did a top case replacement including the touchbar, the keyboard and the battery, all under under warranty.
