Is there a way to fix this? So the things I have on the secondary monitor actually STAY there all the time?

Also is there a way to get the top menu bar onto the second screen? I frequently have chrome pulled up and whenever I want to access bookmarks or tools I gotta switch back to the laptop screen which is (admitedly a petty annoyance) a bit of a time waster. Thank you so much!

System Preferences/Displays. "To relocate the menu bar, drag it to a different display."

Is there no way to have it on both? When I do that it leaves my current display. For years I used to work with my other macbook pro with that bar on both displays.
