Can anyone help me find out why I had shutdown on my MacBook Pro 16" M1 Max while on sleep. I'm putting the crash log as attachment

i'd unplug your UAD device and see if it happens again.

Also make sure you have the latest UAD drivers installed.

Having the same issue with my M1 Pro & UAD. Already reported.
The only thing that helps me is to switch the UAD off during periods of sleep.
Alternatively you could disable sleep.

Same issue here, and turning off UAD and disabling sleep/screensaver all didn't help.

My solution was to install a mouse jiggling python script to keep the mac alive while I'm AFK as constant action prevents the kernel from panicking - https://pypi.org/project/jiggler/
