M1 MAX has scratches and broken audio, and has been submitted for replacement

Hello everyone, I am from Chengdu, China. I placed an order on November 3 and purchased M1 MAX with 16-inch 64G RAM, 1T ssd, and received it on December 16, but there were multiple scratches and audio breaks. I ended up still Decided to change one. After submitting the return yesterday, the display time for the replacement is from December 30 to January 1, 2022. The time for replacement is faster than expected. The same configuration needs to wait until February 20, 2022. It's March 2nd, and the standard configuration direct-sale stores are all available in stock. Is productivity beginning to recover?

Yes, the photos may not have better results, but it actually looks more obvious. Even if I bought Apple Care+, I will charge a lot of money for repairs in the future.
