are you asking if office and adobe work with M1? Yes. A few adobe apps are already natively on M1, and Office is now native on M1, but the x86 versions also run fine under Rosetta.
Office 365 is Apple Silicon if you download from Microsoft. Only issue I've come across so far in the M1 versions is that Word doesn't like saving files to encrypted disks. Prior to these the Intel versions worked fine for me under Rosetta

And his Mac pro 193gb? He is doing the right thing by selling it now.The longer he leaves it the less he will get for it.Who in there right mind would buy it when the M1 Mac Mini is nearly as good for a lot less.
