I was happy that with M1Pro the super annoying fans noise (as know with all the previous MBP) has ended. And yes, it was ok in the beginning, silent 99% of the time (incl. connecting to an external display). But recently the fans keep going on very often without any reason (low temperature, minimum activities). What is going on? Again back to the "normal" ? How to avoid that ?

well that one I cannot believe, 78 degrees average and no fans? not possible in laptop (in mb air sure), something is wrong, do you have any software that controls fans? did you try another software to monitor temperatures?

Yes, something is wrong with near 80˚ C and no fans. The screenshot in your first post looks about right with fans just past idle.

50 degrees is around the lowest temperature MBP normally works so definitely there should not be any fans (and up 65-70 degrees they never were all the time before). This in not i9 ... I thought it is the first civilised and professional Macbook (not like all the previous hair dryer junks). So I don't know why those fans started recently few times around 50 degrees.

I don't use some fans software (I thought it will not be necessary with this Macbook Pro). But if it continues, I will definitely have a look around

Something is definitely wrong with your MBP, you have 80°C average and ZERO fans.
I have normal hearing and I dont hear those fans when they are around 1600rpm

Those are perfectly fine! Don't worry coming from a 16" i9 2019... I understand you may have PTSD from using those old Intel ones.

80 degrees is not average, happens sometimes with sudden fast renderings etc. But something is definitely wrong with your ears if you don't hear 1600 rpm fans ;)

On your screenshot is 78°C average, so lets say 'in the moment' and I just tested mine and fan speed goes up with temperature immediately, not after 10 minutes.
1600 I hear when I put my ear next to the computer, not when I am sitting next to it and its comparable to review videos I saw comparing fan speed and its loudness, seems unlikely that we would be all wrong but whatever, I am not gonna argue with you anymore, you seems to be dead set on having 0 fan speed at all times so go buy MB Air or keep yours with obviously faulty fans

I don't need to buy MB Air (I have it ;) . The fans are not faulty on my MBP. We have two at home and both behave in a similar way. Just recently mine started having fans running at lower temperatures occasionally (that it was not doing before) - especially when connected to an external monitor.

hmm... I noticed the "Total Power".
5.77W with relatively low fans.
Then, the second screen shot showing total power at 40.10 watts - and no fans reported.
That's a significant portion of the 140W available from the power adapter.
The question SHOULD be -- Why are there no fans reported with that much power consumption showing?
Either there is a problem with the software (not reporting fans correctly), or there's a problem with the hardware (fans not spinning up when needed for proper cooling. I suspect the fan monitoring software (whatever you are using)
You may want to try out TGPro, if you really need to monitor the hardware
