🤷‍♂️ M1Pro 16" - External Monitor Keeps Turning Off and On, and Off and On ...

Two Dell 32" 4K monitors (S3221QS), both running USB-C to DisplayPort out of my M1Pro 16".
One of them hums along with no issues.
The other keeps shutting off and on, and off and on.
FWIW, it also keeps swapping refresh rates. The "good one" stays at 60hz, but the "bad" one keeps shifting around while flickering.

I've tried swapping cables, resetting the monitors, changing to "RGB generic" -- nothing.

Any thoughts ???? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

if you replace the »good« one with the »bad« one… does it behave »good«?

Which version of MacOS?

The only things I can swap are the cables. And that appears to make no difference.

Currently Monterey 12.3.1

There's a firmware update from May of 2022 for your monitors. I'd give that a shot.
