Hello everyone.
I've MBP 14" M2.
What is the best camera cover for my Mac?
I know apple suggests to not use a camera cover, but they also said if your work does require (mine does) then they suggest a very thin (not thicker than 0.1 mm) cover without residual adhesive, according to this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211148.

Is there any camera cover that matches these specs?

Use something like painter's tape. There's nothing other than tape that'll be thin enough.

Painters tape will leave residue if left on long enough, but yes, some kind of sticky film will be only thing that's viable with the keyboard clearances available.
