Hello. Some told me that for 4k video editing, always better to have a larger internal stoarge. With my budget, I will be buying Mac mini with either M2/16GB/1tb or M2pro/16GB/512gb. Which will be better for my use? Thanks in advance.

I think for 4k video editing much better M2pro/16GB/512gb (If you look at apple's results there is a good performance jump for video between the M2 and M2 pro in video)

You will not be able to upgrade the CPU and RAM later but external storage will be very easy anytime you want. You can get 1 or 2T USB C drives or NVME drives (for example with the OWC Envoy Express Thunderbolt 3)

Many of us have OWC Envoy Express Thunderbolt 3 with a 2T NVME drive and it´s perfect for day a day working.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your advice. I will go for M2 pro then. I didn"t know anything about the OWC Envoy Express. I will check on It. Thanks!
