Has anyone seen tests showing results for the base M2 Pro 14? If I’m not mistaken, all the reviewers were using upgraded/Max models. I’m curious if the 10 core CPU with 4 efficiency cores lasts longer than the Max.

There was a mix of pro's and max on the reviews, but hard to really compare as everyone's been doing different tests.

The pro's will almost certainly last a noticeably longer time, they did with the m1's

I've had mine since 1pm yesterday, I charged it to 100% out of the box. I have set everything up and with my normal general use, I have 60% remaining. This is better than my MBA M2.

Wow that’s really good. Is that with any CPU intensive tasks?

So do you think Apple is being conservative with the 12 hour wireless web estimate? Or accounting for the Max power draw

The M1 Pro lasts longer than the M1 Max (twice the GPU cores and more energy lost to heat). I would expect the same for the M2-series.
