M2ts to atv3 friendly files

I have about 400 blue rays in .m2ts format with ac-3 5.1 audio.

I want to turn them into tv3 friendly files. So what would be the best, yet fastest way to do this?

I'm hoping for no 3+ hour conversions, and also would like something with batch conversion.

m2ts just need to be remuxed into .m4v files. iVI Pro should do the trick for you.
