M3 air with Thunderbolt Display

Hei I am planning to use an Apple Thunderbolt Display with the 2/3 adapter with my Air M3.

But I am wondering if I use an Hub or adapter could I also run a HDMI monitor in portrait mode while I use the TB display ?

As long as you are using the M3 Air with the lid closed it should work.
