M3 MBP NAND Chips??

Have we had any confirmation yet whether Apple is still using single nand chips on the base storage options of these new MBP’s?

I know the internal graphic showed 2 at the keynote but this could easily be showing the internals of an upgraded storage option.

There are already reviews on youtube, seems two chips but the base MacBook Pro speed is like 512 Air because its Pcie 3, M3 Pro and Max have Pcie 4 so ssd’s are double the speed .

512GB in the M3 MBP is two 256GB chips. Runs at about 3GB/s, a bit slower than 512GB in the M3 Pro MBP (presumably due to the pci-e interface as some others have mentioned.)

It short, it’s slow. Two chips but PCIe 3.0. Only Apple could have thought of this to cripple performance.
