Not ideal. Bet they tried to have a 16-core GPU and 20-core GPU, but the production process didn't yield as well as they might have planned. Basically there is no GPU improvement for the M3 Pro over the M2 Pro models benchmark wise. The dynamic caching, ray-tracing, etc, are worthy upgrades perhaps, but the Max models are where it's at for real GPU improvements.
