So I have an older M1 MBP with 14.2 Beta 1 installed and all is good. Well I picked up a new M3 today and went to kick of the Migration Assistant. Right of the bat it complained it had 14.1 and I needed 14.2. No problem went in and set it to allow Developer Betas. Except it does not find a 14.2 Beta 1. Rebooted and tried again and still not luck. Any tips on how to pull Beta 1 onto my M3 and install so I can Migrate my data?

You'll need to wait until Apple releases the next 14.2 beta/developer seed. From what I can tel the 14.2 beta 1 isn't compatible with the new machines.

The developer seed _should_ be tomorrow, as the last builds went out October 26th, and Apple seems to be on a bi-weekly builds schedule.

This is one of the risks of running dev betas on machines you're about to upgrade. :( Have bumped into this issue a couple of times in years past.
