iPad Pro M4 iPad Pro SSD speeds

Hi,

I was wondering if there was any significant difference in speed between each tier? Specifically 256GB vs 512GB? I saw MaxTech ran the Jazz (can’t remember the full name) speed test on the 256GB model but haven’t really seen anything else. Has anyone got any other results?

Jazz Disk Bench seems to suggest yes

The 1TB model also looks like maybe it only has 1 NAND chip (like the 256) but it’s strange because only the write speed is slow not the read.

there are about 30-50 datapoints for each model so it seems legit, maybe it’s a Jazz Disk Bench issue though.
