Do you agree? An M4 Macbook Pro in a 2015 aluminum body would be dope. Maybe with the glowing logo but slightly thinner screen thickness (if technically possible), slightly thinner bezels to make the overall macbook size smaller but thick enough so that no notch is needed, touch ID. Improved speakers, bigger trackpad, and the same keyboard of the 2015 (best keyboard ever).

Short answer: no.

Longer answer: In order to reintroduce a glowing Apple logo to the MacBook, Apple could not make the actual screen thinner, mainly due to the need to prevent bleedthrough from said logo. Second, there would be no way to make the overall size of the MacBook smaller while also eliminating the notch unless you are also shrinking the display size down to accommodate the larger bezels that would be needed. There has to be a place for the camera, and if it doesn't go in the notch it will have to go above the actual screen.

I'm very much a fan of the current design. I have a M1 Max MacBook Pro, and I love the relatively compact & lightweight design - feels smaller & lighter than my old 15" MBP. I'm also a HUGE fan of the super-large trackpad. The notch doesn't bother me in the least, given that it means a smaller top bezel. And the reintroduction of MagSafe - but in a more practical fashion (USB cord, not a dedicated MagSafe charger) is night & day better than straight USB-C or old MagSafe.

The glowing logo was "Neat" but it's just not feasible with newer displays. I liked it, but I'm not suffering from its loss.

Touch ID is fine - quite good actually. But I would like to see Face ID brought to the Mac.
