May someone please help me. I am going to trade in my M1 Max 16 inch and buy a M4 Max, but I like to buy a new ultra wide monitor, I was thinking of getting 57" Odyssey Neo G9? Have anyone here used it? Can you confirm with me it will work with M4 Max please?

I don’t have the M4 Max, but I do have my M3 Max connected to the same Ultra-wide. (It’s the Neo G9 Dual 4K? Model right).

The combo is amazing.

Thank you. Yeah, the Neo G9 Dual 4K, what resolution and refresh rate do you get with the M3 Max?

I have it set to the max resolution [i believe it's 7680x2160] at 120hz w/HDR. I can get 144hz if i do default scaling.

**I do want to note**. This is with HDMI 2.1 cable. You may be able to achieve higher refresh rate if you use a DisplayPort 2.1 cable.

really hoping the new M4 Max has the same resolution but with through a single thunderbolt 5 cable (through a dock)...I really like the on-cable setup

Is there a reason you didn't use DP 2.1?

I assume there is no TB4 on this monitor?
