M4 price discrepancy on Apple's website

Anyone else notice that Apple has listed 2 prices for the M4 Mac Mini that are different but for the same machine? The education store price in Canada is $20 different from the price stated in Apple's press release for the M4 Mini.

The same $669 is shown when you actually go to chose a configuration for purchase. There is no option for a $649 configuration.

As I wrote elswhere in this forum there is also a difference for the upgrade price from m4 to m4pro between mac mini (400$) and macbook pro (200$) for the same upgrade.

Those are two separate machines though. The comparison I'm making is for the exact same machine listed with two different prices.
