Mac App for tracking time spent in each app?

I'm looking for a program for the Mac OS that will show how much time I spend in each app.

Presently, I have to manually track this whenever I either launch an app, close one, switch between them, start up or shut down. It's a thing for work, and I'd rather see if there's something that reads a system log of these events or, once installed, can track it for me in the background (going forward).

It's going to monitor everything that you do. What do you expect?

It monitors AND sends the data to the developer.
