Mac app or iOS app that can recreate closing credits of Blue Valentine

The closing credits of the movie Blue Valentine assimilate still photos with vibrant videos of fireworks.

Anyone know of a Mac App or an iOS app that can do this sort of thing? Probably a shot in the dark but thanks.

FCPX, Motion and iMovie can do it (if iMovie has any blending options). Its quite simple, if you are familiar with those apps.
