I updated my MBP 15" to the released 11.0.1. Sofar so good; but now the App Store is "waiting" for the updates of a number of software (like Xcode).
Tried the normal stuff like sign-out, reboot, sign-in and deletion of cache folder; nothing.

Any idea else ? Or is it because the Apple Server are hammered with upgrade downloads in general these days

Update: the Microsoft Updater on the Mac is working ...

I even uninstalled an app and tried to re-download it and its stuck installing too..

Tested Xcode 12.2 & Affinity Designer (good thing I don't need those today)

ok; seems really overload on Apple Side of the internet. Meanwhile I got the productivity tools updated and Xcode 12.2 with 7GB downloaded rather quick. But still in the in the post-download / installation phase. Might be ok finally. iMovie is the last one of the list.
